At the General Quarter Session of the peace
of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the
County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. Johns
Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the
Eighth day of September in the Thirty fourth
Year of the Reign of Hing George the Second Etc

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish agt. St. Anne
within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middx have notice of this Appeal and that they
and all persons concerned Do attend this Court
on Thursday next at Ten o' Clock in the forenoon
to hear and abide the Determination and Judgment
of this Court touching the said Appeal
