says that he was one of the Chairmen in the aforesaid Waggon
Says to saw the said William Roberts< no role > twice Strike the fore Serve
of the Waggon as is setforth in the Waggoners Information
and that he then came upto the waggon and flourished his Whipp or
the Passerfore, that thereupon [..] the aforesaid Robinson shoot his
Stick at the said Roberts and threatned to strike him says the
said Roberts then drew his Longer, Rode round the Waggon and
made a stroke at the said Robinson with it, that the said Robinson
then either Tumbled or get out of the Waggon asforesaid, that this
Informant then saw the said Roberts ride up to him an Cutt him
upon the face, where upon the said Robinson fell, that as the said
Robinson was attempting to get up and holding up his right
hand, the said Roberts then gave him a [..] Round
with his hanger upon his right Ann and rode off, and that
he likewise butt this Information Coat
