Struck there Informants fore Horse with the Butt end of his Whipp,
and attempted to Drive him out of the Road, and repeated it a second time
and then came to the side of the Waggon, when one Robinson, one of
the aforesaid Chairman Shook his Strick at him, and said, if the was art of
the Waggon he wou'd not gridge to lay his Strick upon him, or Woods
to that Effect, and that the said Roberts flourished his Whipp over
there Informants and the Chairman in the Waggon, but whether
the said Roberts made Use of his Whipp at the Waggon,or the said
Robinson made Use of his Strick first, there Informants cannot
Tell, says the [..] said Robinson then either Jumpt or lumbled out
of the Waggon, and this Informant Wm: Shotter< no role > for himself faith [..]
says that he one of the other Chairman [..] then immediately got out of the
Waggon, and that this Informant then and there said the sd. William
Roberts
< no role > Cutt at the said Robinson with a hanger, and that
the said Robinson soon cryed out that his Arm was Cutt
and farther says that the said Roberts also attempted to Cutt
this Infomant with his Hanger, but that he prevented
him by Petting his Horse with Mudde
