The Information of Even Moses< no role > Soldires in general
Hudsons Regriement of Feet [..] Soetrse [..] Company Taken before me this
9th. day of May 1760

This Informant being upon Oath says that on Wednesday Night last
about 8 o' Clock as he was Taking a Walk upon Honnolow Heath
near Honnslow , he observed a Titled Cart, and a Waggon driving fast
along the Road towards London, says that a Person now
present who cells himself Wm. Roberts< no role > accompanied the
said cart on Horseback says he this Informant observed the
said Waggon to he drove improperly against the said Cart and
that the said William Roberts< no role > endeavoured to drive the Horse
of the said Waggon on one side the Road, in Order as this Informt.
believes that the said [..] Cart might trave a free Passage
along the Road, says there was in the said Waggon several
Chairmen, who after the said William Roberts< no role > had so endeavoured
to drive the Horse of the said Waggon on one side the Road
Stook then Hicks at the said William Roberts< no role > and that
he was nothing more Pass
