had Struck the said Robinson and the other Passenger in the
Waggon as aforesaid, the said Robinson and the Waggoner
Jumpt out of the Waggon, says he soon after this, [..]
heared the said Robinson cry out, that his Arm was Cutt
upon which this Informnt. Jumpt out of the Waggon, and
Pursned the said William Roberts< no role > to Hangslow in Company with
the Waggons, whose they found him with drawn hanger in his
hand, and that he then Doth this Informt. that if he had had Pistol
he wou'd [..] have shot this Informant, but that [..] thus Informant and the
said Waggoner by the assistance of two Constables with much difficulty
secured the said William Roberts< no role > and carried him before Magistrate,
and this Informt. farther said that he likewise is very possitive
that no Person in the aforesaid Waggon inquire assaulted
the said Roberts or flung any thing at him before he Struck
this Informant and the rest of the passengers with his Whipp
as aforesaid-
