the Road tho' the said Cart had Room enough and was then
Actually before the Waggons says, that [..] a Chairman in the
said Waggon, whom she believes to be one William Robinson< no role > now Deceased
then called the said Roberts Black-Guard that the said Roberts
then Struck at the Passengers in the Waggon several times
with his Whip, and Sold them if they did not like that they shou'd
have this, at the same time drawing his Hangers; And this
Informant farther says that the said Wm: Robinson< no role > then
as She believes Humbled out of the Waggon for that he
was in Liquor, and that this Informant then saw the
said Roberts hanger move up and down, and presently
heared the said Robinson the Chairman cry out, he has
Cutt my hand off, and this Informt. farther says that She
did not see the said Robinson or any other Person in the
Waggon Strike the said William Roberta, nor Pelt him with
Doctor Stones for that there were no such Thing in the said
Waggon
