And this Informant farther says that he is every possition that no Person
in the said Waggon, either Struck, Struck at, or throwed Sticks on
Stones at the said William Roberts< no role > before he assaulted and Struck
at them in the said Waggon with his Whipp as aforesaid

John Lomas< no role > being upon Oath says that he was a Passenger in the
aforesaid Waggon with the above David Tooth< no role > and the other Persons
as mentioned in the said Tooth's Information, and that he this
Informt. saw the aforesaid Wm. Roberts Strike severel times with his
Whipp at the said Robinson the Chairman and the other Passengers
then in the Waggon, and that he this Informant himself received allow from him
says, he likewise oath said Robert Whipp< no role > the Houses
out of the Road as aforesaid, says that after the said Roberts
had Struck the said Robinson and the other Passengers in the
Waggon as aforesaid, the said Robinson and the Waggons
Jumpt out of the Waggon, says he soon after this, [..]
heared the said Robinson cry out, that his Arm was Cutt
upon which this Informt. Jumpt out of the Waggon, and
Pursned the said William Roberts< no role > to Haris lor in Company with
the Waggons, whose they found him with drawn hanger in his
hand, and that he then Told this Informt. that if he had had a Pistol
he wou'd [..] have shot this Informant, but that [..] this Informant and the
