The Informations of Mary Burn< no role > Robert Payne< no role > &
Rob Hall< no role > taken before me one of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the sd County

Who being severally on Oath say & first this Inf Mary Burnford
herself saith a person now present who calls herself Ann [..]
Graney lived as a Servant with this Ins. and the sd. Ann about aforenight
ago went privately away from the to [..] of this Inf. and on the next
Morning his Inf discovered to have been Stole from her a Pair of Stays
a Shift and Two Ten Spoons and this Ins suspecting that the sd. Ann
had stole the same she camed her to be apprehended And the sd. Ann
then confessed the taking the sd. things and say'd he had pawned the
said Stays with the other Ins. Payne & had pawned the Sloft with
the other Ins Hull and this Ins found one of the sd. Spoon in the sd. Ann's
lodgings And this Inf. Robt Payne< no role > for himself saith that he took
into pawn of the sd. Ann Graney< no role > a Pair of Stays now Produced
by him And the sd. Rob Full< no role > for himself saith that he took
into pawn of the sd. Ann Graney a shift now produced by
him And the sd. Mary Burn< no role > for herself, further saith that the sd. Pair
of stays & Shift now produced by the other Ins. are the
Property of this Inf & stole from her as afsd.
