for the sd County
Who being severally on Oath say & first this Ins John Abbot< no role >
for
himself that he in Employed as a Journeyman
to one Mr Clerk in the
carrying on a Building a Bloomsburry and this Inf. further saith
that the sd. Mr Clerk hath had stole from 4s.d Ba day a large Quantity of
Timber and several Scaffoldling Board And this It Saith on
Saturday last the other Ins Tay came to the sd. Building & told this
Ins & the other Ins. After (who is a Journeyman
to Mr. Clark in the sd Buildg)
and toldthere one Wm. Saunders< no role >
had carryed of from the sd Building
upwards of 20 boards and a large Quantity of Timber & Parlor
a large pein of Oak Timber & this Ins. then had a Warrant
to search the precues of the sd Saunders & found there a lorse Pein
of Oah Timber and a great Number of other Peins of Timber
and Parlar a large Quantity of Scaffoldling Boards which sd.
Boards he verily bels. was the Boards of this Inf. Master but
the workes was not out of all but one Pein which [..] is in
the Ins. custody & in the properly of the sd. Niclay And this Inf Mary Fay< no role >
for herself saith that he
lived a Servant to the sd Wts Saunders and further saith that
the sd. Wm. took this Inf with him to the said Buildings And the
Ins had direction from him to watch if any Person was coming
which she did and a [..] of these times the sd. Wos took up and carryd
away from the sd. Building the sd. Rein of Oak Timber and at
other times the sd. Wos. carryed away Timber & Scaffoldling
boards And this Ins further saith that as son as she had brought
in to his house the sd. Board he at out the Marks thereof
And this Ins verily bels. that he brought away from the sd.
Building about Twenty Scaffoldling Boards which he used
to secure in a Vault in his own house And this Ins Godfrey
After for himself saith that a large Quantity of Timber
hath been stole from the assd. Building and further saith
that he went with the other Ins. Abbot to seouk for the
