The Information of James Beete< no role > and John Taylor< no role >
taken before he one of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the said County

Who being severally on Oath say and first this Ins. James Beete< no role >
for himself saith that he hath lately discovered to have been
stole from him Six Tea Spoons and this Ins. suspecting a Person
now Present who calls himself Walter Marsh< no role > This name instance is in set 284. to have stole
the same he searched the house of the sd Walter & found
therein Two Silver Spoons which is part of the Six this Ins.
had stole from him and upon Chargeing the sd. Walter with
the sd. Felony he Confessed the taking the same together
with a Copper Pott four Glasses & some fraziers & for his And
this Ins. Jno Taylor< no role > for himself saith that he searched the
house of the said Walter Marsh< no role > This name instance is in set 284. and found the two spoons
assd. and the sd. Walter owned the taken the afsd. things &
brot. the sd. four Tea spoons to this Ins. and the sd. Glasses &
Knies & forks & Copper Pott which sd. then Is in now produced
by him And the sd James Beete< no role > for himself saith that the sd things
so found in the house of the sd. Walter & now produced by the other
Ins. are his Property & stole from him [..] as he verily
bels. by the said Walter Marsh< no role > This name instance is in set 284.
