he this Deponent, did on Tuesday the Fifteenth Day of this instant January
personally serve the above Named Joseph Manwaring< no role > the Prosecutor with
a Notice in Writing purporting, that he thesaidDefendant Thomas Fryer< no role >
being in Custody would Appear at this present General Sessions of Oyr and
Terminer to be held at Hicks's Hall in and for the County of Middlesex by
Adjournment on Friday the Eighteenth day Day of this Instant January
And then and there take his Tryal upon the said Indictment a Copy or
Duplicate of which said Notice is hereunto Annexed
