Fields

Sheweth
That your petitioner on the twelfth day of January 1760 was
Convicted before John Fielding< no role >
Esquire
one of his Majestys Justices of
the peace
for the said County for that he on the tenth day of January
instant at the parish aforesaid did Sell One quarter Loaf of Bread
the same then and there being of an Inferior Quality to Wheaten
Bread and at a higher price them Housel old Bread then was sett
at by the Assize And the said Mr. Fielding did adjudgehimyour
petitioner to Pay and forfeit for the Same the sum of twenty
Shillings
That your petitioner thinks himself
aggrieved by the said Judgement of the said
Mr. Fielding the Justice before whom he
hath been so Convicted and doth therefore
Appeal to your Worships at this Court
against the Same
That your Petitioner shall ever pray Etc
