At the general quarter Session of the peace of our Lord the King holden for the
County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjornment
on tuesday the 15th day of Janry 1760 and in the 33d Year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the second by the grace of God over Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the hearing and Determining of this Appeal he and the
same is hereby adjourned until Thursday next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon And that all persons concerned on notice hereof do then attend the
Court to hear and abide their determination in the Premisses-
