the County aforesd (by Adjournment
On Tuesday the 15th. of Janry 1760.
And in the 33d Year of the Reign of
our sovereign Lord King George the
Second by the Grace of God over Great
Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining
of this Appeal be and the same is hereby Adjourned-
until Thursday next at ten of the Clock in the fore-
noon And that all persons concerned On Notice
hereof do then Attend the Court to hear and abide
