Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell
in the County of Middx
and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Nicholas
Deptford in the County of
Kent .

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell
unto us whose Hands and Seals are
hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace (where-
of one is of the Quorum) for the County afore-
said, that Ann Bradfold< no role > widow of
John Bradfold< no role > Mariners deced

lately intruded into your said Parish of
there to inhabit as Parishioner contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, and is there [..] become char-
geable, [..] : AND WHEREAS, upon due
Examination and Enquiry made into Premisses, as well
upon the Oath of John Bradfold< no role >
son of the said Ann Bradfold by
her said deced husband as other
circumstances
it appears unto Us, and we accordingly adjudge, tha the said
Ann Bradfold, is

[..] become chargeable unto the said Parish of Saint
Paul Shadwell and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the said Ann Bradfold
is in the Said Parish of
Saint Nicholas Deptford in
the County of Kent .
THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and re-
quire you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St Paul Shadwell aforesaid, that you
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey and said
Ann Bradfold
from your said Pairsh of
to the said Parish of Saint
Nicholas and her deliver
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or Some
or one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a
true Copy hereof; whereby they are likewise required, in his
Majesty's Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case
made, forthwith to receive the said Ann Bradfold

into their said Parish and provide for her
as their own Parishioner. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals the
Seventeenth Day of Janry in the Year of our
Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty
