To the Right Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in their General Quarter Session of the Peace holden for the said County at Hicks Hall
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and a
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Richmond in the County of Surrey

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of Geo: Garrett< no role > and Wm Taylor< no role > Esqrs. two of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
bearing date the Twenty Sixth Day of October last Past Ann
Allcock
< no role > Spinster was Removed and Conveyed form your Parish
of Christ Church in the County of Middx aforesd. to the Parish of
Richmond aforesd. as the Place of Her last legal Settlement
Whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Therefore they Humbly Appeal to Your Worships
against the Order and Judgment of the said Two
Justices of Peace and Pray that the Benefit
of the said Appeal may be saved unto Sr. Pestitioners
And that your Worship is will be pleased to appoint
a Day in Next Session for Hearing and Determining
the said Appeal; and your Petitioners shall ever
Pray
