At the General Quarter Session of the
Peace holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in
Saint John Street in the County aforesaid by Adjournment
on Friday the Eighteenth day of January in the thirty thirds
Year the Reign of our Soverign Lord George the Second
King of Great Britain Etc Before
Esquires
and others their follows Justices of our said Lord the King
assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid and also
to hear and determines divew Felonies Trespasses and
other Misdeeds committed in the said County.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Sepulchre London exhibited their Petition and Appeal
to this Court setting forth That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of Robert Hale< no role > and John Lane< no role > Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
(One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the Seventh day of
this Instant January Mary< no role > the Widow of Benjamin Park< no role > was
removed and conveyed by Name of Mary Sparks< no role > (without any
Addition) from and out of the Parish of Saint Mary le Bone in the
said County to the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the City of
London as the place of her last legal Settlement, whereby the
Petitioners think themselves aggreived Now upon hearing of what
was alledged by William Hayward< no role > Esqr. Serjeant at Law of Council
for the Appellants and also of Mr. Cotton of Council for the Respondents
It is Ordered by and with the Consent of the Council for the Respondents
That that the said Pass Warrant or Order of the said two Justices of the
Peace be quashed and vacated and that the Appeal aforesaid be allowed
and the same is hereby allowed accordingly And further more that
the said Poor Woman be forthwith conveyed and delivered order to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary
le Bones or One of them with a Copy of this Order who are hereby required
to receive and provide for the said Poor Woman according to Law.
