At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County
of middx at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in the County aforesaid by adjournment on
Friday the Twenty Seventh Day of October
in the Thirty Second year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord King George the Second [..] of
Great Britain & to

Upon Motion made this Dayinunto this Court by Mr Jones being of
Councel for Thomas Chambers< no role > The petitioners within named It was alledged that
Thomas Laws< no role > within named hath absconded and left his place of
Abode and cannot be found It was therefore prayed and this Court
doth accordingly Order that the hearing and determining the Matter
of the within written Petition (which was appointed to be heard on this
present Friday the twenty Seventh day of October instant) be and the
same is hereby adjourned untill this present General Quarter Session of
the peace to be holden for the said County by adjournment on Tuesday
the thirty first day of October instant at nine of the Clock in the Forenoon
And that leaving a true Copy of the said Petition and of this Order
at the last place of Abode of the said Thomas Laws< no role > [..] shall be
deemed good Service and let [..] a Copy of the said Petition
and Order be served upon Thomas Cope< no role >
