That Your Petr. was abt. 4 Years ago bound
Apprentice to Thomas Lanes< no role > of the Parish of St. George
the Martyr to learn with him the Art of a Carpenter

That about 2 Months ago Your Petrs. said Master
Abseconded from his Home and has not since been heard of and has
Gave Your Petitioners Indentures to a [..] other Person who will not
Give up the same unless he Pays the Sum of 5 Guineas

Your Petitioners therefore prays Yours Worships
to Grant him such Relief in the Premes as to
Your Worships shall seem Meet

And Your Petitioner shall ever Pray Etc
