Reynardson

the parish of St. Luke Chelsea

Humbly Sheweth


That Your Petitioner being out of
Town in the County of Bucks upon his
lawfull business and before he went delivered
his Return to Joseph Cox< no role > his Headborough
(which he thought in humble Submission
would he [..] Sufficiently) but being informed
that notwithstanding the prosecution that he
I had taken, the Court was pleased to Fine [..]
me I and hope you will take it into your
tender Consideration to Releive me from the Fine

And your Petitioner As in Duly
bound will ever Pray
