Monday Came to drace the Recognizances
For Richd. Broom Deft. and
Ann Rieley Plantif and William
Tarrison

Court then all was over But no Such
Name was Called I then serched the
Books there was no such name there
to be found, on Satterday I waited till all
was over and then Serched the Books again
and the Gentleman said after Looking over
the Book twice, that it was not their
However I attended Every Sessions after
to Drace Recogn. for other neibours and
Draceed them accordingly. But never hard
them Called, that is not Richd. Broom
Name mentioned. So Beg yr. worship
will Please to Consider the Hard Ship
for I must pay for it out of my Own Pockett
