the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street
in the County aforesaid by adjournment on Tuesday the twenty fourth day of
October in the Thirty Second Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the within named Christian
Roderkirk< no role > have Notice of this Petition and that he and all Persons
concerned do attend this Court on Friday next at ten of the Clock
in the forenoon of the Same day at Hicks Hall aforesaid to hear and abide
the Judgment and Determinator of this Court touching the Matters Contained
in the Said Petition and the Complaint of the Said William Chardin< no role > .
