To the Rt. Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx in their General Session of the Peace
Assembled.

The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
in the said County.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass warrant or Order
under the Hand & Seals of James Sawcer< no role > & Henry Frent< no role > Esqr.
Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of
Westmr. bearing date the 16th. day of July 1755 Elizabeth Reiches< no role >
widow of Gregory Reiches< no role > was removed from the parish of St. James
within the Liberty of Westmr . in the County of Middx to the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square as the place of her last legal Settlement
Whereby your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and Appeal
to this Court against the same.

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly pray this Court
[..] will please to appoint a true for hearing and
Determining the said Appeal and that all persons
concerned may then Attend
