Mr Humble Petition of John White< no role > was delivered into the Court wd. was
read & is as follows.

A Letter from his Grace the Duke of Newcastle was read

Mr Northcott was then called in & asked whether she was married
wch. she acknowledged.

And after a Debate its appearing to this Court That the Place of Cryer
& Housekeeper of this Court is held only during Pleasure the In. being
just whether Itt is the Opinion of this Court that the Place of Cryer
& Housekeeper of this Court is vacant

Itt was resolved in the Affirmative

Itt was then moved That Mr White be elected Cryer & House keeper of
this Court & the Question being putt he was accordingly chosen & elected
& being called in was acquainted wth his Resolution of the Court

Resolved That Mrs. Northcote now Mrs Street continue in Possessn.
the next Sessions & receive the Profits of the next Sessions & of the Licenses
for the present Sept Sessions & yt Tuesday after the next Session she do
deliver in an Inventory of the goods Effect & Spoons belonging to the
Justices assembled att Hicks Hall to a Comll of the said Justicies &
that she do deliver over the same on that Day & also possession
of the said House to Mr White now chosen Housekeeper & Cryer in
her Room & Stead.
