William Wakefeild< no role > of the parish of St. Paul Convent Garden
in the County of Middlesex Pawn broker and Francis Patrick< no role >
of the Parish of St. Clement Dane in the same County Pawn broker
make Oath and say that they these Deponents Were bound to attend
the Grand Jury at Hicks's Hall on Fryday last the 5th. Instant to
Give Evidence against one Mary Townly< no role > for Felony which Bill
was accordingly found on these Deponents Evidence And she was
yesterday Tryed And Acquitted of the said Felony And these
Deponents further say that they were Bound in a
Recognizance to appear before this Honourable Court
to prosecute one Joseph Smith< no role > for Divers Felonies by him
Committed, And these Deponents further say that the
Tryal of the said Joseph Smith< no role > Comming on at the same time
that these Deponents were Obliged to attend at Hicks's Hall
aforesaid was the true Reason why these Deponents did
not attend on the Tryal of the said Joseph
