were Removed form the Parish of Saint
Giles in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of
Saint James Westminster
as the Place of their last legal Settlement.
Your Petitioners concerning themselves aggrieved
by the Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices,
humbly Appeal to this Court for Relief in the Premisses;
And Pray that this Court will be pleased to Appoint
a time for hearing and Determining the said Appeal
And that all persons concerned may then Attend
