To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General
Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Pancras in the County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Joseph
St, Lawrence
< no role > & Benjamin Cox< no role > Esqrs. two of His
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the City &
Liberty of Westminster in the Sd. County (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
twenty Second day of July last Elizabeth
Sunderland
< no role > called the wife of John Sunderland< no role >
and their four Children Vizt. Ann< no role > aged Eight
Years and upwards Samuel< no role > aged five years
upwards Sarah< no role > aged three years and upwards
and Mary< no role > aged Five Months were removed &
Conveyed from the Parish of St. Martin in
the Fields in the said Liberty of Westmr. in
the County aforesd. to the Sd. parish of St. Pancras
as the place of their last legal Settlement

Yor. Petrs. think themselves Aggrieved
by the sd. Order or pass Warrant of the said
two Justices of the peace , Appeale to
this Court against the same and
humbly pray that your Worships will
appoint some day in this present
Session for the hearing and Determining
of the sd. Appeale

And Yor. Petrs. shall ever pray Etc
