did on Monday the Ninth day of this instant September
Personally Serve Mr. Mansfield one of the Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Thundridge in the County of Hertford with
a true Copy of the Order of Sessions hereunto Annexed and
at the Same time sewed to Mr. Mansfield the Same Order
and Acquinted him with the Contents thereof
