To the Right Worpll. his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx In their General Sessions
Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churcwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopgate London .

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hand sand
Seals of two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middsex
One whereof being of the Quorum bearing Date the first day of July
1751 Martha< no role > the Wife of William Burroughs< no role > and her three Children
namely James< no role > aged about Seven Years William< no role > aged about five
Years and John< no role > aged about Twelve Months were removed from the
Parish of Saint Janmes Clerkenwell in the said County of Middlesex to the
Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishopgate London aforesaid alledging
the last legal Place of Settlement of the said Martha Burroughs< no role > and
her said three Children to be there And Your Petitioners Conceiving
themselves aggrieved by the said Order and Judgment of the said two
Justices do humbly Appeal therefrom And humbly Pray Your
Worships.

Would appoint some day this present General Sessions
of the Peace to be holden for the said County of Middlesex to
hear this Appeal And that Your Worships will make an
Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell And all Parties
Concerned in and about the Premisses may then and there
attend hear and abide the Final Determination of Year
Worships.

And Yr. Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
