Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh
Oath and saith that he this Depont. was on Monday the
Sixteenth day of September instant Present and did see
Hannah Cluer< no role > the above named prosecutrix in theis
Cause duly execute the General Release hereunto annexed
and this Depont. further saith that the name James
Barwick< no role > one of the Subscribing Witnesses to the said
