These are to Certify That Whereas
Mary Peran< no role >
Singlewoman
in our Parish of
Kensington
in the said County is now bigg
with Child and become chargeable And Whereas one George
Fletcher< no role >
of our said Parish Coachaman
has
been Adjudged to be the father of the Child or
or Children with which the said Mary Peran
is now Bigg and a Warrt was Issued against
the said George Fletcher and he was brought
by Virtue thereof before one of his Majesties
Justices of the peace
for the said County and
there entered into a Recognizance with Sureties
to Answer the Complaint of our parish for the
Cause aforesaid And Whereas the said
George Fletcher< no role >
hath Satisfied our said parish
the Expences of the said Mary Peran's Lying in
as also the Maintenance of the Child or Children
She is now bigg with Now Wee the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of Kensington
aforesaid humbly
desire that the said George Fletchers< no role >
Recognizance may be Discharged Dated this
11th Day of September 1751
