The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Egham
in the County of Surry
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and Seals of the
Right Honourable Lord Kinnoul and John Goodchild< no role >
Esquire two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid bearing date the fifteenth day of March last for the
removing of Richard Cousill< no role >
with two Children to wit Elizabeth< no role >

aged about thirteen years and John< no role >
Aged about Nine years
from the Parish of Teddington
in the County of Middlesex
to
the said Parish of Egham
in the County of Surry the said
Richard Cousill and the said two children Elizabeth and John
were removed and brought to the said Parish of Egham
By
which Order and removal your Petitioners think the said
Parish of Egham
is Aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray that
your Worships will be pleased to Appoint a
day for hearing their said Appeal and that
the said Parish of Egham
may have such
further and other relief in the premisses as
to your Worships shall seem meet And
your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
