To the Right Worshipfull His Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Sessions, assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Saint Margaret Westminster
in the same County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal
under the Hands and Seals of Richard Hassell< no role > and D
Hechstelter Esquires two of His Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County aforesaid bearing Date the Eighteenth day of
February 1750. William Tarrow< no role > Elizabeth< no role > his Wife and their
Two Children were removed from the parish of Little Stanmore
in the County of Middlesex aforesaid to the said Parish of St.
Margaret Westmr . as the place of their last Legal Settlement

Whereby Your Petitioners think themselves aggreived
and Appeal to this Court against the same.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Pray this Court will please to appoint
a time for hearing and determining
the said Appeal and that all Persons
Concerned may then attend.

And Your Petitrs shall ever Pray Etc.
