aRogue s and Vagabond s (videlicet) wandring & begging
and upon Examination of the said
Mary Fraser< no role >
taken before me this day upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that the last legal Settlement
of the said Mary Fraser & her said three Children is in Polechester
in the County of Haqr to aforesaid
These are therefore to require you the said Constable or other Officer
to Convey the said Mary Fraser & her said three Children
to the Parish of Eggham
that being the first
parish in the next Precinct thro' which they ought to pass in the
direct Way to the said Parish of Polechester
to which
they are to be sent and to deliver them to the Constable or
other Officer of such Parish in such next Precinct, together with this
Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said Mary Fraser
taking her Receipt for the same. And the said Mary Fraser & her sd. three
Children are to be thence conveyed on in the like Manner to
the said Parish of Polechester
there to be delivered to some Church-
Warden, Chapel-Warden, or Overseer of the Poor
of the same Parish
to be there provided for according to Law. And you the said Church-
Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor, are hereby required
to receive the said Person and provide for them as aforesaid, Given under
my Hand and Seal this 20th Day of February
in the Year our Lord 1750
