The Petition and Appeal of the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of All
Hallows the Great London

Sheweth

That by an order or pass Warrant, under the hands &
Seals of Ebenezer Mussell< no role > Esqr. and Sir Samuel Gower< no role > Knight
two of his majesties Justices of the peace for the Said County
of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
twelfth day February last William Atwood< no role > Elizabeth< no role > his
wife and their Child named Richard< no role > aged eight years were
removed from the parish of Saint Leonard in Shoreditch
in the said County of Middlesex to the Said parish of All
Hallows the Great in the said City of London as the place
of their last legall Settlement

Your Petitioners humbly thinking themselves
aggrieved by the Judgement of the Said two
Justices appeal to your Worships against
the said order and pray that you will
be pleased to appoint a Day to determine
the Same and make such Order thereon as to
your Worships shall seem meet

And ye Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
