assemble in General Quarter Session in & for
the said County of Middlesex .

The humble Petition & Appeal of the Church wardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of & Porchester
in the County of Southampton .

Sheweth

That by a Vagrant Pass under the hand
& Seal of Gabriel Fouase< no role > Esqr: one of His Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the City & Liberty of Westminster
within the said County of Middlesex bearing date the twentieth
day of February last. Mary Fraser< no role > Wido . of Alexander
Fraser< no role > decd: and her three Children, James< no role > , Anne< no role > , & Jane< no role > ,
were removed from the Parish of Saint Paul, Covent Garden
within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the parish of Porchester (in the said order
called Policherster ) in the said County of Southampton as the
last legal Settlement of the said Mary Fraser & her said
three Children, whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be aggriev'd, & against the said Pass do appeal

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
That a Short day may be appointed this present
Session to hear & determine the matter touching the said
appeal And your Petitonrs: Shall pray & [..]
