in the County. of Middlesex
there to inhabit as Parishioner s contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, and are there

able,
[..] : And Whereas, upon due Ex-
amination and Enquiry made into the Premises, Upon the
Oath of her the said Elizabeth. the wife of
Thomas Tyth otherwise Tide
it appears unto Us, and we accordingly adjudge, That the said
Elizabeth the Wife
of Thomas Tyth othrwise
Tide & their three Children John. Thomas
and Michaiel are
[..] become chargeable unto the said Parish of Enfield
in the County of Middlesex
and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the said Elizabeth Tyth otherwise
Tide & heir three Children is in the said Parish of
Ware
in the County of Hartford
These are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and require
you the said Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Enfield
aforesaid, that you
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the said Elizabeth
Tyth otherwise Tyde with her three sent
John. Thomas & Michaiel from your said Parish of Enfield
in
the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Ware
in the
County of Hartford
and Them deliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some
or one of them, together with this our warrant or Order, or a
true Copy hereof; whereby they are likewise required in his
Majesty's Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case
made, forthwith to receive the, said Elizabeth. Tyth otherwise
Tyde and her three Children. John Them as
and Michaiel
into their said Parish and provide for Them
as their own Parishioner s Given under our Hands and Seals the
Twenty Sixth Day of January in the Year of our
Lord one Thousand seven hundred and Fifty
