The Humble Petition & Appeale of the Church-
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Giles in the Fields in the Sd. County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands & Seals of Edward Ash< no role > and James Fraser< no role > This name instance is in set 3480.
Esqrs. two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
City and Liberty of Westmr. in the said County (one
where of being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Seventh day of March last Ann Gould< no role > Singlewoman
was removed & Conveyed form the parish of St. Martin
in the Fields within the Liberty aforesaid in the sd.
County to the said parish of St. Giles in the Fields as the
place of her last legall Settlement

Yor. Petrs. think themselves Aggrieved by
the sd. Order or pass Warrant of the said two
Justices of the peace Appeal to this Court
against the same and humbly pray that
yor Worships will be pleased to appoint a
day in this present Sessions for the hearing
and Determining of the same
