To the Rt: Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the peace for the
County of Middx Assembled in General Quarter Session of
the peace by Adjournment

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. George a Hanover Square within the County of Middx

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or order under the Hands
and Seals of James Fraser< no role > This name instance is in set 3480. and Daniel Gach< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the City and Liberty of Westmr. bearing date the 30th: day of March
1750 Thomas said to be amale Bastard Child aged about Nine Months was
removed from the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields within the Liberty of Westmr.
in the County of Middx to the Parish of St. George Hanover Square within
the said Liberty and County as the place of his last legal Settlement Whereby
your Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved and Appeal to the Court
against the same

Your Petitrs. therefore mass Humbly prays
this Court the Benefit of the said Appeal may be
saved unto the next Quarter Session of the peace
to be held for the said County

And Your Petitrs. Shall ever pray Etc.
