Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne Black Fryers
London have exhibited their humble Petition and Appeal unto this Court Setting forth That by an Order

for the County Middx (whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing date the
twenty eighth day of December last

aged about two years were removed from the Parish of Saint Luke
in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of Saint Anne Black Fryers
in the City of London
as the Place of their last legal Settlement And that the Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved
by the Judgment of the said two Justices of the Peace appeal to this Court against the said Order
Whereupon at the request of the Petitioners and for several reasons offered to this Court It is Ordered
that the benefit of the said Appeal be saved unto the Petitioners and that the hearing and determining
thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned untill the next General QuarterSession of the
Peace to be holden for the said County of Middx And that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Luke (upon Notice of this Order) and all Persons concerned do
attend the Court of the said next General QuarterSession of the Peace to be holden for the
said County by adjournment on Tuesdaythe twenty fourth day of Aprilnext at ten of
the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the same Court
touching the said Appeal.
