WHEREAS Complaint hath been
made unto Us, two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex aforesaid (one whereof
being of the Quorum) by the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of St. Leonard, in
Shoreditch , ThatJohn Sparks< no role >
Hannah< no role > his Wife and their
two Children lawfull Issue
of the said John Sparks< no role > and Hannah his
wife Namely Sarah< no role > Aged Eight Years and
John< no role > Aged Eight Weeks
lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of St. Leonard, in Shoreditch , and
arelikely to become Chargeable to the same; We the said
Justices, upon Examination of the Premises upon Oath, and
other Circumstances, do adjudge the same to be true, and do
also adjudge the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
John Sparks< no role > Hannah his Wife and their
two Children Sarah and John to be in the
said Parish of Enfield in the said County
of Middlesex

required to receive and provide forthemaccording
