Tho: Lloyd< no role > appeareth, and on hearing Petr.
upon Oath Koyd is fined £20. and to be
comitted to Prison unless he pay £5. by
way of satisfaction to the Petr. and he
having paid the same to the Petr. & made
his submission to the Court the fine comitted
and Lloyd discharged

At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden by Adjournmt
at Hicks Hall in St John Street in and for the County of Middx onthe twenty fourth day of April Tuesday
Wednesday the twenty fifth day of April in the Twenty third Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Within named Thomas Loyd< no role > a Headborough within
the parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch in this County have notice of this petition, And
that he do Attend this Court on ThursdayWednesdaythe twenty sixthfifthday of this Intant
April at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to Answer the Complaint of the
within named Blanch Ratcliff< no role > and to abide such Order a [..] Court
shall make touching the premisses in the said Petition mentioned
