By Virtue of the said [..] tended Letter of Attorney and Bill
of Sale This Deponent father on his Oath saith he never at any
Time here to fore did Assign or make over to any person or persent
whomsoever any Effects or Letter of Attorney except to Robert
Persons afoursaid And the said Deponent John welch< no role > on his Oath saith
He was a Lodger with Richard Travell [..] aforesaid at the same
Time the said Son May Came to Lodge with the said Richard
Fanell where he Continued about Fourteen Days and then
Want to London And sometime after his said Departure this
Deponent heard Richard Fanell wish to See the said May That
he might have a Letter Attorney from him for that he
[..] Understood he the said May had a Sum of Prize Money due to [..]
him [..]
