The Information of Alexander Miller< no role >
of the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell
in the said County Mariner Taken upon
Oath before me One of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County
This 25 Octr. 1748.

This Informant on his Oath Deposeth and
Saith That upon Tuesday night last the 18th. instant John
Davidson< no role > offered him a Cask to Saleand
which he bought of him accordingly, And
paid him Two Shillings therefore: And this
Deponent on his oath farther Saith That
he violently suspects the said John David< no role > for
did feloniously Steal the said Cask the property
of a person unknown.
