ninth Day of November 1748.

This Informant on his Oath Deposeth and Saith
That betwixt twelve o'Clock last Night and One
this Morning Andrew Fizgerald< no role > , alias James Parsons< no role > ,
alias Bartholemew Case, alias Bartholemew Mackase
did decoy him this Informant into the house of
One Mary Brown< no role > in the Little Match Walk in
the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in the
said County, under pretence of taking care of
him, he having discover'd that the Informant had
got a Charge of money about him, and about five
minutes after they were got in to the said house
the said Andrew Fitzgerald< no role > , alias James Parsons< no role > ,
alias Bartholemew Case< no role > , alias Bartholemew Mackase< no role >
did assault him this said Informant and in a
violent and forcible manner did feloniously take
from his Person Four Guineas in Gold and Four
Shillings in Silver his goods and Property and then
gave one Guinea to the said Mary Brown< no role >
