had lately Feloniously stolen & taken
in his house a Desert Knife with
a Silver handle being the same
handle wch is now in the custody
of Mr: Nathaniel Jeffreys< no role > [..] this
Informt: says that one Evan Muspratt< no role >
lately a Servt: to the said Robt: Rich< no role >
(but now a prisoner in the Gate house
at Westmr: confess'd to time that
he took is & this Informt: on his
Path says he has a strong suspicion
that the said Evan Muspratt< no role > did
Feloniously steal & take the said
knife

Secondly Mr: Nathaniel Jeffreys< no role >
maketh Oath that the aforesaid
Evan Muspratt< no role > who called himself
Evan Musgrave< no role > did on the 12th.
day of Novr: insts. offer to sell him
the aforesaid silver handle being
of the value of Four shillings
& that he stoped him
