Ratcliff Labourer & Jonathan Eade< no role > of St. John Wapping ship Chandler taken the 21st. Day of November
1748 on Oath before Me One of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the said County

This Informant William Walets on his Oath saith that on or about
the Eleventh of November Instant Thomas Larence< no role >
the Prisoner present did deliver unto him this Deponent a
large Quantity of Bomb Shells and Iron Shottthewhich
said Bomb shells and Iron Shott [..] is the property
of Mr. JonathanThomasEade< no role > & the said Mr. JonathanThomasEade< no role > on his
Oath saith that on or about the thirtieth of October last
there was Hole out of a Lighter then lying at King Edward
Stayers Wapping a large Quantity of Bomb Shells
Iron Shott his propertywhichand that the Bomb Shells
and Iron Shott abovementioned found in the Custody of Thomas
Lawrence< no role > is part of the said Bomb shells and Iron Shott so stolen
