Poor of the Parish of Saint Paul Covent
Garden in the County of Middlesex
and to each and every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace ,
for the City and Liberty aforesaid (One where-
of being of the Quorum) by the Chuchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Martin
in the Fields ,
That Elizabeth Poole< no role > an Infant (Aged
one Year and upwards Daughter of
William Poole< no role > by Sarah< no role > his Wife

hath lately intruded, and
come into the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields ,
and is likely to become Chargeable to the same;
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
laft legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth Poole< no role > to
be in the Parish of Saint Paul
Covent Garden in the County of
Middlesex aforesaid

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name,
to require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Elizabeth Poole< no role >

from and out of your said Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields , to the said Parish of Saint Paul
Covent Garden
and her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or One of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
her according to Law. Given under Our Hands
and Seals this 21st. Day of Novr. 1748
