At the general Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord ye. King holden for the
County of Middlesex by Adjournmentat Hicks-hall in St. John Street [..]
[..] in the County aforesd. on the fifthday of December in the twenty
second Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King of great
Britain France & Ireland Defender of the Faith and so forth.

It is Ordered by this Court that ye. Church-Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in ye. Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex have
notice of this Petition & appeal, and that they and all Persons concerned do attend this County [..]
on Thursday-next at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide [..] the Judgemt.
