To the Worshipful his Majesties Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Exton in the County of Bucks

Sheweth


That by vertue of a Pass Warrant or Order Under the
hands and Seals of James Clitherow< no role > and John Awsiter< no role >
Esqrs. Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
said County of Middlesex (one where of being of the.
Quorum) bearing date the twelfth day of October last past
John Edwards< no role > Ann< no role > his Wife Ann< no role > his Daughter aged five
Years & John< no role > his Son aged about Two Years were Removed
& Conveyed from & out of the Precinct of Norwood in the
said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Eaton in
the said County of Bucks as the place of their last legal
Settlement

The Petitioners think themselves aggreived by the
said Order of Removal & therefore humbly Appeal
to this Court against the Same & pray Your
Worships to appoint a day for the hearing and
determining the matters thereof And to grant the
Petitioner. such relief in the premisses as to your
Worships shall seem meet

And the Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
